FT Technical Services Representative
- Handle customer phone calls regarding service issues on products installed by Sahara (Includes identifying problem and quoting accurate service charges)
- Order necessary parts from the manufacturer to perform service
- Schedule service appointments with customers
- Maintain technician’s schedule
- Obtain necessary permits from Villages/Cities in which we are performing work
- Checking acknowledgements/ receiving in product
- Ability to handle high volume of calls
- Multitasking/ high degree of organization/ detail oriented/problem solver
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
- Computer and typing skills. Comfortable using Word, Excel, Internet and e-mail.
- Math aptitude
- Knowledge of Chicago and surrounding suburbs
- Driver’s License and own vehicle
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
