A. Every installation is completed by our in-house installers who have gone through Sahara’s training and have been with us, on average, for 11 years. Our customers see their experience first-hand as it is reflected in their professionalism and quality of work.
Q. Is window installation messy?
A. Our installers come to each job prepared with tarps, hallway runner, and vacuums and haul away all debris the day of installation.
Q. Are you licensed and insured?
A.As a licensed general contractor, Sahara is fully insured and bonded, and we are also certified by the EPA in lead safety. In addition to carrying business licenses in the towns we work in, we also obtain any necessary permits.
Q. Are you a member of the Better Business Bureau?
A. Yes. In fact, we are a long time member and maintain an A+ rating.
Q. Do you offer financing?
A. Yes- your trusted product rep at Sahara will review all of your financing options before your project begins.
Q. Do you install all year round?
A. We are ready and equipped to install all year round to match our customers’ needs and schedules.
Q. Will you install only one window?
A. Of course.If you only need one window or door installed, we will install it. It’s also common for customers to finish their home over multiple years.
Q. One of my new windows broke- what do I do?
A. Our full-time service staff is ready for any accidents or problems that arise; just call our office to schedule a repair.
