Residential Outside Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- Travel to City and/or Suburban leads to represent the company and close sales with newly pre-qualified and repeat customers
- Conduct outbound calls/meetings to sell company products (windows, exterior doors, roofing, and siding projects)
- Maintain a professional company image at all times
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance
- Recommend improvements to boost performance to the sales team
- Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors
- Build strong and successful relationships with clients
- Deal with various technology and equipment to fulfill the job requirements
Qualifications
- An associate’s and/or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
- Industry sales experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and rapport
- Great persuasive and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software
- Able to travel frequently as required of the job (including having a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license)
- Must be able to stand and walk for long hours at a time

Field Canvasser

- Full- and Part-time hours available, flexible schedule, Saturdays expected
- Maintain a professional company image at all times
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance
- Recommend improvements to boost performance to the sales team
- Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors
- Build strong and successful relationships with potential clients
- Deal with various technology and equipment to fulfill the job requirements
Qualifications
- Industry experience preferred but not required, and we will train the right candidate
- Proven experience in sales and/or field canvassing is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and rapport
- Great persuasive and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in technology and must have a working smart phone capable of taking pictures
- Able to travel frequently as required of the job (including have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license)
- Must be able to stand and walk for long hours at a time
Key Tasks
- Generate Leads/Homeowner Interest in Free Exterior Home Inspections
- Turn in Leads to the Office
- Collects Names/Information/Referrals for Office Follow-Up
- Must not be afraid of Door-Knocking, Conversing with Homeowners, Gathering Information
